- Onion, garlic, curry leaf 


- In a week atleast take lemon water and do pasting - it'll help to lever detoxification
-For Lever detoxification need to do coriander juice/kasayam 
- Butter Milk + lemon 🍋+ Jerra 
- Lemon + Honey , this will help body detoxification
